It was either 1979, or 1980. Can’t remember which but it was when I had a young baby and wanted to take decent photos as that baby grew up. We heard about a second-hand Pentax 35mm for sale and bought it. It was an excellent camera and I took really good shots with it for many, many years. It still works but it’s been superceded by the digital cameras that became available over recent years and now with my DSLR Nikon D90.
But it’s still a handsome looking camera don’t you think?
