As mentioned in a previous post, it had been a good two months since I visited the park. Largely due to my husband having been in hospital for most of that time. We took advantage of the beautiful winter afternoon last weekend and visited the park. I left him at the kiosk with friends and I want off for a walk, for over an hour. I was surprised to see the lake still very full as evidenced in this shot. This bench would have been put there during the many years of drought we’ve been experiencing. I guess they never thought the lake would reach so far.
