I was sitting outside and looking around when it hit me that Daffodils are star shaped – when you’re looking at them straight on. I hadn’t realised that before, had you?

I had no idea there were so many different types and colours of Daffodils.   I planted some not knowing others were already lying dormant in our gardens.  So we have a variety in our own garden.

These have been flowering through winter too but in the Spring sun they seem to have become taller.

I planted a lot of bulbs a couple of months ago and now I’m starting to see the evidence of this.
