Can you believe it’s that time already? I deliberately get calendars organised for August each year so that those who wish to post them overseas as Christmas gifts can plan to do so without having a big rush closer to Christmas. I have the two calendars available, one with Scenes and birds of the Dandenong…

Kathie Thomas has a Diploma in Photography (Professional Photography) and has won many local competitions and awards for her nature photography. She has twice been Commended in Australia Photography’s Nature Photographer of the Year competitions.

While this site is about the Dandenong Ranges and Nature in general, Kathie’s main passion is birds and she is an ethical birder. She takes photos of wild birds without baiting with calls, and avoids using flash photography.
