Cockatoos in the Ranges
Grant’s Picnic Ground is in the Dandenong Ranges and a popular tourist stop to feed the birds. Here the Sulphur Crested Cockatoo is trying hard to grab a bag of seed and another has been checking the ground for fallen seed.
Peek-a-boo
With summer now here (well, sort of) a lot of the bird life has begun hanging around again. This cheeky Sulphur-Crested Cockatoo was peeking at me from the roof – maybe he thought I might have something for him.
