On Friday 4th and Saturday 5th February we had a lot of rain in our area. 150mm which meant a lot of things were under water, literally. This is a lake very close to home that had water right up to the paths. Graham and I walked in our regular shoes but really needed boots – it was slow going and slippery.
The bridges were washed away too – we had to pick our way carefully over them. This was the least damaged of them all.
