Yesterday you saw the Christmas beetle and today I want to share with you a small selection of birds I’ve seen on my walks at Lysterfield Lake Park. The first is an Eastern Rosella, then an Eastern Yellow Robin and finally a Superb Fairy Wren, male, known for their brilliant blue colouring.
My daughter and I spent a lovely time walking around the park on Christmas Day. It was so peaceful and the weather was ideal for walking.
