My husand and I went for a drive to Cardinia Reservoir on Sunday afternoon. It was an amazingly calm day and really quite pleasant for a winter afternoon. We got out the car and decided to walk across the dam wall, as many others were doing. We were amazed to find it was around 1.75km across – quite long. Graham did make it across and back though, having a rest before returning. Me, I kept stopping to take photos of the mirror like dam waters.
