As I walked back along Logan’s Track at Lysterfield I could see something white hanging in a tree. I moved off the main track and walked through the growth to get closer to the fence line where the tree was. It was a birds nest that had some extra items added to its making. It looks like plastic at the bottom and some paper in the nest itself. There’s a small bit of red in there too. I don’t know what type of bird owns this nest but it obviously was being adventurous in the materials it chose.
