T'was a foggy morning

This is outside our house one foggy morning just after 8am last week. I’ve had a lot of feedback about this image at both Flickr and Facebook. It has an eery surreal look about it. It is currently my favourite shot.

Kathie Thomas has a Diploma in Photography (Professional Photography) and has won many local competitions and awards for her nature photography. She has twice been Commended in Australia Photography’s Nature Photographer of the Year competitions.

While this site is about the Dandenong Ranges and Nature in general, Kathie’s main passion is birds and she is an ethical birder. She takes photos of wild birds without baiting with calls, and avoids using flash photography.
