Took my sister to Lysterfield Lake Park when she was visiting recently and we spied this Heron fishing in the lake.

While this site is about the Dandenong Ranges and Nature in general, Kathie’s main passion is birds and she is an ethical birder. She takes photos of wild birds without baiting with calls, and avoids using flash photography.
