Federation Bells

Posted on May 30, 2012May 26, 2012

Something I hadn’t known about was the Federation Bells. I could hear bells playing not far from where I was walking along the river so went in search. What I found was quite a surprise – bells upside down on poles playing by themselves. You can read about them here. They play at different times of the day, including between 8-9am which is when I heard them.

What a nice thing to have nearby. I wonder why they are upside down? Their website is very brief. You can go through and play with the bells, but my computer wouldn’t load that part. Maybe there is more info there.
